Lifetime reps if you follow through on this.

Elbows must pass 90 degrees, 10 reps, and yes the plates have to be 20kg/45lbs each

Will do I train upper body on Monday and I will show you all the plates 1 by 1 when I'm done doing the 4 plates for 10 reps and I'm honestly telling the truth straight bar weighted ring dips is not a true test of dipping strength because ring dips are 10x harder

Only bodybuilders on tren train in the 8-12 rep range if you are natty you most training like a powerlifter if you can overhead press 500lbs you will have a massive chest huge shoulder and triceps if you can deadlift a 1000lbs you will have tree trunk legs if you can weighted chin up 6 plates you will have a huge back and biceps. The point is as a natty lifter you can't separate size and strength they go together when you are natty a bigger muscle is always a stronger muscle when you are natty

Wrong again most powerlifters are at a higher bodyfat% then bodybuilders I guarantee if a powerlifter were to get shredded they would look exactly like how bodybuilders look on stage because in order to get bigger as a natty you must get stronger

Mirin bro. Hopefully you keep your strength when you go back to being natty. Stop training legs too, a key part of aesthetics you might not know is that your legs can't be too big.

Would love a set of rings at my gym, ring dips are way more badass than regular dips

OP will also rep for video of 10 strict reps w/ 20kg plate.
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

That's not true. The greater the stability, the more force you can generate, which translates to more load for your muscles and more growth potential
