Writing the way you do, and commenting about "reading comprehension". Interesting. Does this fall under the "bragging" you accused OP of, earlier?

Keep digging. Dance to my lute.

Started following your way of training. How do you know when to increase volume? How often do you rotate exercises?

Volume never increases. It is slightly higher in a surplus when recovery is highest (extra set or two here and there) but that's about it. Never above 2 sets for the big main movements

Exercises really don't rotate much at set intervals or anything. Most things stay pretty much the same, may vary between a few different presses DB vs barbell vs smith.

But I'm not going to go from a nearly perfect Nautilus piece for lats to a cable pulldown or weight pull up with a ****ty load profile "just to change it up"

But how much can you one arm smith machine bench press OP? That's really what we all want to know.

I haven't been able to play much since college, sorry I don't much care.

I don't expect you to believe me, but I legit took myself from a 90s to consistent high 70s golfer in 4 college. Played pretty much every day plus unlimited range pass as there wasn't much else to do in the town.

Play 1-2 times a year now and usually some thing mid to high 80

Just lol at kids hating. This is a lifting forum *******s, keep on moving if you don't lift.

GJ OP, huge! 315 in real life is objectively impressive. How often do you see someone benching 3 plates irl? Based on the internet you would think everyone with a few months of training hits it, but not at all. Feels good doesn't it?

Hi OP, I'm myron.

I just got to 3 plates too, but I trained my ass off for it and it wasn't as easy as your first rep. Grats.
Don't you think it's weird that some accounts average over 200 reps per day, every single day, for years on end?

Hell yeah man keep pushing.

It's no small feat outside misc standards. I downplayed it just because of my training age and knowing trolls love to hop on these.

That's pretty ****ing sad srs. You should be repping 2 plates cleanly before you even think about touching juice. With the roid boost 3 plates should then be easy.

And no I'm not trying to downplay a 3 plate bench. Whenever I see someone benching that much weight in person I always stop to look.

Becoming a better version of myself and being honest about it = cheating.. Ok douchebag.

There was a 68/76 in a club championship, and a few 34-36 in a league, but again, I don't expect you to believe me. Don't much care

There will always be haters in all aspects of life. Insecurity breeds judgment and hatred.

I experienced it myself really often. Back in graduate school, fellow students saw that I actually had my schit together, woke up early, trained before our 9am class, looked like I was in shape, chose to eat a high quality diet and stay away from garbage, etc. Instead of introspecting and wondering why they were so out of shape and lazy, when we were in the exact same position in life, they were judgmental instead. Oh why don't you eat sugar, don't you enjoy life? why do you get up so early to go to a gym? lol don't you sleep? etc, etc, etc. Basically, if they were to take a moment and consider that I was able to do this while they were abiding by a lazy ass graduate student lifestyle, that would be too hard on their poor fragile self-esteems. It's much easier to externalize everything and insult others to cope with your insecurities.

Don't let any of the whiny babies ITT get you down, OP. Continue doing what you're doing.

Some cultures stay in their own lane (in your case golfwrx.com not bodybuilding.com).
