-Mainly circuit training

-Maybe like 2-3x month Ill do the row machine.....did it last Thursday, fired off a 1:22 500m....just make sure I can still do it.

-Might run a mile ever few weeks or so.....usually in the 7:20-7:40 range ...again just to make sure I still got it...running sucks

I usually only do cardio after a rough weekend of beer and pizza. lol

I do strongman carries for my cardio, farmer walks, bag carries, throws. Gets my blood pumping good and it much easier to motivate myself in doing them versus running.

At the present time. None at all.

Most all my life. And these are the best for cardio. Jogging, skipping rope, heavy bag work.

Most people seem to hate jogging. I always loved snd thrived on it. Cardio is awesome.

Brisk walk over to the dumbbells
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It just seems like a waste of money and space to buy one of these when there's never a reason NOT to just go outside for a jog.

At the gym they group the cardio machines by type and in rows. I start in row 1 with the bike for 20, then treadmill for 20, then elliptical, and if i want more the stairmaster.

I go walking or ride a bike.

I'm working through some Achilles tendinitis right now so can't run for at least a few weeks.

You can get the sunny brand for $400 and almost as good. I use it while watching tv and that’s my tv time usually and I also bike ride outside. It was given to me so my opinion is biased for buying one but if I was to buy something it would be a row machine imo.
