If the government doesn't step up and shut it down then they are leaving the door open for citizens to take it into their own hands. In which case there are plenty of angry fed up armed people out there who will decide to just "kill 'em all and let God sort it out".

I'm in no way advocating for this or trying to suggest it would be a good thing or is something that should happen. Just saying that the harder the financial situation gets the more people out there will likely start feeling that they don't have much to lose anymore.
So, yeah, I would prefer to not live in a big urban area right now.
