Serious? Koreans are like the Afghans of East Asian. Raped in war by EVERYONE - never won a damn thing...even against themselves. But like most east asians have some bizarre dang sense of racial superiority over the world.

After WW2 and the subsequent wars, America realized their geopolitical importance and strategic local. Technology and prosperity was IMPORTED. REPARATIONS from the Japanese was spent on INFRASTRUCTURE. Their technology...well...Samsung...is well known for stealing all their tech and repacking it ..namely from APPLE.

Koreans are basically puppet tech thieves, protected and allowed to thrive in the name of geopolitics. Kind of like....Israel(beforeitbecameHydra#noban#noronaldo ).

Korean's are hustlers. They do anything for money. But they are extremely motivated and hard working which is what makes them successful.

I'm one of them. Most of my Korean family are business owners. Everything from bowling alley, billiards, restaurants, retail, etc.

4) They're not that rich - Their GDP per capita is the same as Putero Rico. The Koreans I talk to tell me that the Chaebol system creates unfair competition, and more efficient businesses get strangled to death.
seen some videos lately about the kids taking their college exams and the kids are out in the halls crying by the dozens, they do seem unhealthily obsessed with education

their big industries are pretty incredible though, i've always been really impressed by the korean electronics and tools that i've had and i know that hyundai/kia have become legitimate high quality cars in recent years
