Was it a legit 320 bench, or was it a butt in the air pseudo-decline bench with an “upright row row row your boat” spotter going “it’s all you bro, it’s all you”?

Shoulders are my strong point i guess. My buddy benches 315 and i can shoulder press as much as him. Guess i’m not that weak on that lift. I’m guessing my bench and squat aren’t that great because of long limbs

Different for every1 dude, what made me gain most on bench was more frequency.
It works good short term, but has made me stall.

Yeah i’ve heard upping the frequency works good. I just work a physical job so it’s hard sometimes.

Those are solid lifts. Just need to focus on doing 205 for reps. Then build up in 5lb increments to 225.

You got it bro. Just work with a spotter to get over those plateaus. Eat a slight surplus in calories for extra strength/hypertrophy

Of course.
Every muscle apart from my back, rear delts and triceps I feel like I should be lifting more.

It’s motivating for me though. If I wasn’t able to progress it would be hell, but I’m slowly but surely lifting more.

I like your outlook my man. Progress not perfection. Needa stop comparing myself to others and just judge on whether i’m a better person than yesterday.
