Maybe it's changed over the years. When I was a mod here the admin was the only one who could see everything. The only time I could see a PM is when it was reported.

Majority of my content has a paywall and I have almost 300 subscribers I've gained since advertising the free sub price.
Even outside of OF I make money from Twitter, which is a lot nicer since there's no caps and no fees taken out.
