How bad is the norwood reaper attacking me? Not that bad? Am I doomed to pay dues?

Spin off from my previous thread:
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...post1616109501

I need regrowth in the front center and front right. Im hoping its stress induced so the supps i bought will help fix it up a bit.

IDK if its my head or real but my scalp has started feeling warm, which I read is a sign of the reaper.

Yea, I usually have my hair cut pretty short and then let it grow kinda long before another cut. Hoping the short cut will make it look better...but I got a cut maybe a couple of months ago or a bit less and did not notice anything like this..it seems pretty noticeably thinner and pretty recent.

I knew my right side wasnt exactly even with my left (widows peak) but it seems very recently noticeable in regards to receding and thinning which is why im kinda freaking out...but also hoping its short term effects of stress/bad diet.

Hop on Fin?

When you "notice" it, ie; when it becomes apparent to you, but not others... That's when you should be going onto Fin.

People will say you're paranoid, but you know when your hair is pulling back. Not worth it to wait until it's too late to save your hairline, and fight just to have a receding one.

This. OP, you aren't going to fight it naturally. Minox helps with growth but doesn't stop the problem from the root.

Just not sure if I want to start fin and have to take it the rest of my life.

My family doesnt have any history of baldness..hair thinking at old age yes but no one has been bald..so I think this may be the worse it will get for a while...im also hoping that improved diet/reduced stress will help.

I want to give my supplements a try...there have been reviews/pics that have shown good results..so im hoping for a change. If no change after a few months, I may look into fin.

Ill take pics when I get a haircut and see how it comes out. Im working on getting leaner which should help with the face aesthetics.

He's absolutely not too far gone. He actually caught it decently early. And you don't know how high his forehead was to begin with. lmao and what will happen when he gets a transplant, then his hair continues to diffusely thin or/and recede because he hasn't done anything about the DHT sensitivity? He needs to start fin. He can later look at a transplant if needed.

Dude I have literally had a transplant. I know how it works. I'm saying the REST of the hairs will continue to thin or recede. And in the majority of cases there are not enough hairs to make up for a full Norwood 7. It is 10000000x easier to retain what you have than to try and get it back.

Question about fin.

What would be the lowest dose I could take that would still show results while minimizing risk of side effects?

I take 1.25mg per day, and have no sides. It's just cutting one of the 5mg pills into quarters. Most people respond positively to .75mg+.

I definitely recommend it. I'm looking back at pictures of myself from 5 years ago, and it has definitely helped some with hair thickness. My hairline has receded a little bit more at the temples, but my hair is thicker. Definitely happy as hell that I started it, and if recession is ever an issue again I'll probably just get a hair transplant. Most my my peers have worse hair than they did 5 years ago, and mine is pretty much the same(or slightly better).

iirc 0.5mg is about 80% as effective as 1mg and 0.25mg is 50% as effective
no point in taking more than 1mg - very minimal improvement for a risk of increased sides

Just get it from keeps or forhims. They will deliver it to your mailbox. Even low doses end up stabilizing at similar levels (it just takes longer on lower doses).

Gotta agree with the fish on this one. If it controls you this badly, you already lost. With aging, the insecurity will just shift to something else. I have 2 bald friends with mind boggling game who pick up more chicks than I do. And I'm pretty fuking good at it too but they're Godmode. I have some insecurities and those guys DON'T GIVE A FUK. Nothing bothers them. They give off the vibe that nothing bothers them. Girls pick up on that vibe and suddenly baldness, or a belly or whatever else just isn't an issue for the girls either. I'm constantly amazed by how that works.

I mourned the loss of my hair for less than 5 min. Ded srs. It's not that big a deal unless you have a misshapen head. If you were good looking before you'll likely be goodlooking after. If you were ugly before then why does it matter anyway?

I was looking into costco but the generic version they use seems a bit mixed on the reviews. Is it true, you dont need to take every day, and can be just as effective 2x a week? If i go on fin, I may consider a .5mg dose 2x-3x a week. Or maybe even a lower daily dose like .05mg everyday
