Don't know how to multi on my phone.

Iron infusion round 2/ second dose. Usually infusion txmt lasts me a year at least. Had a check up 3 months out from my previous txmt and my numbers had already dropped below normal. It's isn't fun. Mostly annoying because I want to get back to looking and feeling like myself again.

Disagree, I can only imagine how hard it is. I've said many times, "thank God I'm married."

My wife has a couple of friends that are divorced and desperate. You should see the broken toys they date. It's harder when their children have issues. One was going to marry the guy. He had one daughter is a drug addict and the other has emotional issues.

Love for life is a conscious choice. This was one of the bigger revelations for me. There will always be catastrophes and people trying to weasel into the picture.

Considering atomic's lift numbers maybe you two should do a couples "best booty" thread.

Why is your default for female interaction tinder and not real life? You talk about relationships changing but your example is a superficial dating app mostly on looks 100%.

Getting married for the sake of getting married, yes i guess look for a good person that is aligned with your goals and you find attractive. IMO thats a very low bar for a commitment such as marriage but if one would purely seek marriage as an objective, yes id agree.

With that being said, times are different now OP. Dont know how old are you but things are crazy, especially with young people.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I feel like you made this thread in response to me bby.
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=178989831

Whether you did or not, my thread was just a list of red flags collected from Miscers in a past thread.
No evaluation if they were good red flags or not.

My question was, how does one go about finding out the red flags before you've invested too much.

I mean, take your OP for example. You say its simple and list only three categories. But within each category you have a list of questions. Your categories are a lot more complicated than you make them seem. Its not so easy after all.

SoPURELY from aPRACTICAL STANDPOINT, how do you go about figuring out if your partner fits your three categories. You can't just ask on the third or even fifth date - what is your vision for marriage and child rearing. Obviously its too soon to be so direct about long-term. But if you wait 6 months, its too late. You've already wasted 6 months to a year of your life with her added baggage to your life too.

So we have to look for signals. Instead I'll ask about her parents and her parent's method of marriage and child rearing. This would be the best indicator of her vision/goals.

Your OP is in a lecturing tone, without the class curriculum.

Teach me, Grandma Misc, how do I figure out if the girl fits the categories and questions you list?
When Trump faces a reality she can't stand, she becomes highly emotional and illogical. Every crisis is met by histrionics, tantrums and an inability to deal with facts. "Its a HOAX! Its a FRAUD!"

The emotion then becomes the reality. Those of us with girlfriends are familiar with this phenomena. Donald Trump menstruating 24/7: "Blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his WHEREVER."

Well if you were talking about post covid . Its hard to meet women in real life now. Everyone is online dating apps with unrealistic standards. You look at how the world is now. To be socially accepted you have to HAVE social media and walk in certain social circles. If you don't you will be left behind. Simple as that. With everyone being restricted and enduring tough time. People aren't looking for love and that other bull****. There looking for partners who are ahead in the economical curve and have Looks, money and status regardless if that person is suitable.

This is what pisses me off to a extent. People saying they know tons of people in happy relationships. Alot of people choose what they want you to hear and see. Behind closed doors is another matter. It frustrates me you older miscers don't really give a **** about how young men have it. Were up against feminist ideology. Female empowerment. Male shaming. one sided divorce courts. Why do you think mgtow and redpill philosophy is trending atm . You can't be oblivious like you guys were back in the day. You simply didn't have the information that we have now and the world was a different place. There's men out here committing suicide because they can't prosper or fit in. Ive personally had a mate from work stay around mine because his missus out of the blue dropped off his stuff at work and said its over after 10 years of marriage. He told me they were going through a patch but didn't expect that. People change all the time. Locking yourself into a marriage just isn't feasible these days imo

Many people will say its all cope but i see it from both sides more often than not Marriage and relationships are not what they were and thats reflected in this societal decay. For the people in great relationships and Marriage salute to you guys (my own parents going on 35 years) It takes alot of investment ,sacrifice as you know .

Fair play to the older miscers showing there " perfect " relationships. Good for you but don't be so damn naive to realise why certain traditions and dynamics don't work in todays climate.

- We know the nature of people and society is DRASTICALLY different than even 20 years ago
- We know that the average wagecel male will never earn enough to support an entire household and the average sloot has a million dink miles
- We know that men are only valued as providers, male job loss is the #1 indicator for divorce
- We know we aren't a pair bonding species by nature and we will ALWAYS be subconsciously influenced by our ape DNA
- We know the social guardrails used to stratify monogamous commitment have been removed
- We know that marriage is a one sided legal property contract that provides women with emotional leverage and financial incentives to break the contract
- We know that every economic and social indicator we have are predicting a declining living standard for western civilization for at least the next 50 years
- We know there is a high likelihood your children will be raised by social media to be sloots/neckbeards/addicts/depressedcels
- We know half of marriages end in divorce and the majority of ones still intact are miserable

I guess it's still not enough to pull ourselves away from the allure of that life, eh?

I have no interest in children but if I did I would want a woman that understands this concept. If we eat steak everyday, no matter how great the steak is we are going to get sick of steak over time. You have to both agree that it is your job to eat steak for the next 20 years no matter how sick of eating steak you get. We don't live in a Disney movie or a romcom. Those are fiction.
Wouldn't say there is no room for romance, but it does seem that expectations in that regard are kinda overinflated. Seem to recall seeing some data somewhere that claimed arranged marriages had lower divorce rates.

Body count matters to me because is signifies how she views sex and intimacy - matters much more to me than looks or weight. I'm no Don Juan but I've had chances to phuck around and I never really, I expect the same from a girl.

Yea I agree and that is great and all, but when the general populace of females have sex with tons of different men, which means they don't respect or value their own body, and then acts like we should, how is that not hypocritical? Why should I accept that?

Why should I accept a female who posts pictures of her ass and tits on social media including male friends, coworkers, family members, etc.

Why should I settle for someone that doesn't fit all the major boxes of mine?
-Religious
-Conservative views on sex, marriage, finances, kids, schooling, etc
-I want several kids
-I want to have a homestead style house with some extra land to grow food and animals

Do you know how hard it is nowadays to find a female like that and find them attractive also? Do you know how hard it is to find a female that is loyal, not insane, honest, doesn't hide things, dresses conservatively, and doesn't whore themselves out?

Listen, men nowadays are just as pathetic. They fap to tranny porn, lay around all day, are lazy, play videos games and smoke weed, and have little to no masculine traits. Women have taken that role now especially sexually.

I want to get married and have kids. I can't wait tbh. But it's sad when you have good women, or THAT YOU THINK are good women, end up texting and messaging you to fuk after dumping their bf the same day. Or girls offering to give you a bj for a car ride despite having a bf you know. Or females talking about wishing they could fuk you despite being engaged to someone. Or women flirting with you hard while their bf/fiance/husband isn't around. And these are all women you think are "good" but act like common whores.

It's depressing in some sense honestly. I've never cheated nor ever thought about it. When I have a girl, I don't pay any attention physically to another female. I don't flirt or lie. I don't chat with other women through text or social media outside of wanting or needing something. Can I find a girl that does those things back and values them? I had one ex that did all of that, but in the end we just weren't really right for each other and at separate points in our lives.

There are good men and women out there. But boy it's sure hard to find these days.

Finally, someone said it. Best advice ITT.

If you meet and like someone, check out their social media page. Everything they are is posted there. You will have all the info you need to know about who she is as a human and whether or not to pursue.

Actually it was inspired by this thread:
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=179007281

I don't know that you can get there in 3 dates. If you wanna go for more efficiency then you might want to set yourself up in a "group interview" type situation. Do you have a friend group? Know other guys that are looking too, but maybe not for exactly what you are looking for?

If you can pull together a crew with regular social activities then you can spend time with multiple women and some of them repeatedly. Would be tough to do right now because of the pandemic restrictions, but that has to end eventually.

I agreed in an earlier post ITT that there have been real changes. AFAIK you are a genuine guy seeking an equal, not a guy that is just coping because you want someone better than you could realistically get with.

My post wasn't meant to imply that men should just take anyone they can get, it was to say you shouldn't rush to judgement because you have convinced yourself that you will be safe if you find a "just so" woman.
Listen, men nowadays are just as pathetic. They fap to tranny porn, lay around all day, are lazy, play videos games and smoke weed, and have little to no masculine traits. Women have taken that role now especially sexually.

I don't chat with other women through text or social media outside of wanting or needing something. Can I find a girl that does those things back and values them? I had one ex that did all of that, but in the end we just weren't really right for each other and at separate points in our lives.

There are good men and women out there. But boy it's sure hard to find these days.
I'm sorry that you have been plagued with unsuitable women. I believe you when you say it is hard and I hope you find a good one.

FWIW I don't believe "good ones" have ever been super common. But I do know some personally. Not single though.

I have a cousin who I believe has a very good woman and a good marriage. He is no Chad- average face, struggles with his weight, doesn't have a fat wallet - but he is a genuinely good man who is the leader of his family and his wife is lovely. They met as part of the same church youth group in their 20s. She was a beauty pageant contestant and I would say she is even prettier on the inside. They have 4 children; two natural and two adopted.

And, because misc, she works out and runs regularly and isn't fat.

This is a big problem.

Yea I have 4 older female cousins between ages 34-40. A sister that is 32. I am 29. The youngest (34) just got engaged and the other 3 are married with kids. All great women from a good family. All conservative and genuinely good women. My sister is a little more of a snowflake, but she's a good woman.

I know they are out there. I just don't know where. Most are in relationships, or probably like me just a few towns over chilling and looking but never crossing paths.

I just think peoples' values have changed so finding a more traditional partner is like finding a needle in a haystack. I actually know a few good females similar to that, but tbh I just am not attracted to them in anyway. I can't force that.

Only time will tell I guess.

There isn't one single reliable factor to find the right wifey for you. Yeah, there are "red flags" to watch out for and you may absolutely have your own personal preferences.

But by putting up more and more "gates" to filter your choices you may reduce your pool of likely candidates down to a point where you can't find anyone at all either due to chance or your own personal value vs. the value of the women you are pursuing.

There are still some good ones out there. I think there must be since good parents mostly raise good kids.

If you are serious about wanting to have a family the common factors I've seen in relationships that last are:

Attraction:Doesn't matter if other people think your choice is hot, just if you think she is attractive. Attraction can start with face + body, but it can also be things like sound of her voice, how she moves, a sparkle in her eyes, the way she dresses, etc. etc. etc.

Good Character:Does she have integrity? Loyalty? Kindness? Perseverance? Bravery? Openness? You may have some others that matter to you. Those first few matter quite a bit though. If she keeps her word, isn't two-faced, wouldn't intentionally lash out at someone who is down, and doesn't quit at the first hard situation, or the second, then you have a better chance of making it.

Shared Vision:Do you want the same thing? Share the way that you prioritize? This is big.

If you can't imagine a life with kids or a life without them then you want to know if you are on the same page early. Is religion important to you and are your partners desires around faith compatible? Do you want to always live near your family or do you want to tramp around until something clicks? Maybe there is someplace that you have always wanted to live. Do you expect to share all of the work (earning money, keeping house, childcare, money management) or are there areas that you want primary control of, or want minimal involvement with? Talk that out. Maybe you both want children, but neither one wants to be a stay home parent. Could be that you can arrange your jobs/work schedules so that you both share in child rearing, or maybe you hire someone or use outside childcare.

That's it. It might be nice to think that her education level, number of previous partners, parents' marriage, or size of her arms will guarantee your "happily ever after" marriage. Real life doesn't work like that.

Pics of a woman I found on Insta while looking at pics of RVs.

About 5 years ago:

She met a man (fellow outdoor enthusiast/hiker), fell in love, got married.

He is a welder and travels to jobsites. They wanted to keep their family together, so they bought a toyhauler and took to the road:

Over the years they have had 3 children (which has to be very challenging under the circumstances) and they seem happy together:

Don't trip yourself up with a bunch of superficial BS.
Most no hymen no diamond crew are 30 year old virgins seeking 30 year old virgins. It’s a recipe for disaster.

Objectively meet and fit your own requirements in a partner. It's not a charity.
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

I just want a date
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
