Why Aren't Society Rebelling Against 2nd Lockdown?

I dont understand why people are just sitting back and taking it. I went to protest recently and i wiill do it again if necessary. If they enforce this 2nd lockdown in my city im gonna go rioting (srs), not the local man though, im going to destroy government properties
