How does one witness something that they never would have known regardless?

The sole witness observed the entry and was cautioned as it was happening.

If someone doesnt hear something, it doesnt make them at witness at all. No witness said "I saw them and know for a fact that they didnt knock."

Retarded as usual...not so shocking.

Charges against the one officer were justified....double shocking.

The city paid over $12 million to the family so obviously there is wrong there. Criminal negligence in regards to shooting into a neighbors apartment

All this shows is that cops aren't held to a high standard, pretty disgusting honestly someone who has the capability to kill you can get away with things so easily vis multiple methods

I have very little respect for anyone who decides to go into the career in this time. 1000% a gang backed up by a powerful union who doesn't care about getting rid of bad cops

I agree with all of that. I just take the position that the bad apples need to be rooted out and the training/laws need to change. Police as whole, are just people trying to keep the 10% who are sociopaths and psychopaths from ruining the lives of the 90% who are law-abiding and tax-paying citizens. That's a good thing.
