I have been eating shredded chicken and broccoli for like 6 months now 5 days a week. On the weekends I eat what I want within my cals.

Throw chicken with broth in instant pot, throw broccoli on oven to roast, walk away for 30 minutes, come back, take it out, portion it out, profit.

I then put 2 tablespoons of whatever sauce I have at work and heat it up, so it's shredded chicken with BBQ, Teriyaki, Brown Sugar Maple, etc. I've never had a problem nor do I ever get bored of what I eat. Before that I was just crowding the crap out of my oven with Chicken and Broccoli until I realized how much an instant pot can save your life.

This. For me it’s chicken, sweet potatoes, and white rice instant pot. Microwaved veggies or sautéed spinach (takes 90 seconds) to mix it up.

Been doing this for 2 years now with instant pot. Always keep shredded chicken on deck that tastes average on its own but goes with anything.

Sous vide is the GOAT method for meal prepping large amounts of chicken tits. Been eating titties+rice+veggies basically every single day at least once a day for months and haven't got tired of it yet. Go through about 4-5# of tits a week plus whatever other meats I cook. I just switch the seasoning up every couple days that I add to the bowl to keep the flavors fresh.

I eat chicken, broccoli and yams every day, but cook them in oven on weekends. Tell me exactly how an instant pot will save time? You don't put all of that in there together, do you? And I like my broccoli roasted. Will the instant pot give it that same kind of flavor?

Nah, I cook them separately, I keep plenty on deck and throughout the week as one is running low I’ll just make a new batch of whatever, takes a minute of my time. Stick food in, stick water in, push a few buttons, generally have a sense of when it will be done, open and enjoy, put residual into Pyrex.

I usually make about 3 uncooked cups of rice at a time, 3-4 sweet potatoes, or 3-4 lbs of chicken.

Just ordered one. I usually just slice breasts thin and brine to make them tender. I usually prefer to eat thighs however.

Sous vide is the best way to cook meat perfectly. Chicken at 150° is where it's at.

Yeah you can cook in freezer bags or normally I vacuum seal. The water isn't boiling. The plastic is non-toxic and doesn't leech anything.

Polyethylene bags are perfectly fine to cook with. They have already been testing this. I'm not sure what Costco packages their chicken in

Quick search says that it's BPA free polyethylene that's been heat sealed

Might have to try that out. I've perfected my way

-Marinade
-sear both sides on medium high for 2 minutes
-Throw in oven on 450 for 17 minutes
-Done
-Cut into strips before reheating in microwave

Comes out juicy every time.
