I don't think it necessarily has an impact on how long we last, because we've gone our whole lives experiencing the sensitivity that we have. So we're accustomed to the sensitivity that we experience on a daily basis.

Think about this, we all last longer with condoms because of the lowered sensitivity compared to what we normally experience raw without a condom. But imagine if someone were to experience their whole life with a condom on. I don't think that person would necessarily last longer than anyone else, because if that's all they know and have experienced, then they would have grown accustomed to the lowered sensitivity and will have conditioned themselves to get off despite the lowered sensitivity. At that point it wouldn't be lower sensitivity to them, if it's all they've known their whole life.

The thing is, I'm not even talking about lowered sensitivity due to loss of nerve endings from the foreskin removal. I'm talking about lowered sensitivity from a constantly exposed/uncovered glans.
