dorian yates is the most overrated bodybuilder ever

brb winning the mr o with a weird jimmied up bicep and a big bloated bubble gut before it was even a thing

also stuck in a dingy dungeon gym like an incel whilst tyrone paul dillet haphazardly ****ed around in the gym and blew up to monumental size without even trying. too bad he couldnt pose for shiit

Was watching a bunch Paul dillett. I always hear about the bad posing, bad posing or not he absolutely mogged and he should have won all the time.

He seems to have mellowed out a lot in his old age. I think insulin/gh gut should be automatic disqualification srs.

gunter is the most underrated of all time though. he beat ronnie when ronnie was unbeatable, 2002. should have won the olympia that year. truly, truly underrated.

In the beginning of his reign, he was absolutely awe inspiring. But as the years went by and he started to suffer some really bad injuries, I honestly think he didn't deserve to win especially in 1997 when Nasser El Sonbaty was far superior.

Dorian is too edgy. Like he was over compensating for being an oiled up muscle dude parading around in a thong. I used to like him a lot but realized after awhile that the whole "HaRDCOrE BoDyBuIlDinG" thing was kind of cringe.

My favorite all time physiques in no particular order:

Shawn Ray
Flex Wheeler
Kevin Levrone
Bob Paris
Frank Zane
Ronnie Coleman

Kevin Levrone may be the most aesthetic bodybuilder of all time tbh. Just a complete package. Of all of them, id rather actually look like frank Zane or Bob Paris. Obviously still enhanced, but not mutant huge. Just incredibly balanced and well developed muscle bellies. That black and white picture where frank Zane I standing on a rock like on the beach or something is one of the greatest physique pictures of all time. I'll have it on my wall in my man den one day srs

Paul's lack of heavy lifting gave him a chitty back though (compared to other pros). That or genetics.

Dorian in 93 was amazing. People think his work ethic got him that shredded but it's mostly genetic. Not many people's body will let them get to a legit 3% bf no matter how they diet or cycle.
