The mob lit a garbage bin on fire and pushed it towards a gas station, which Kyle extinguished, angering the mob and causing them to chase him (although with less intensity than after the initial shooting). It should also be noted that despite the first manlet which Kyle killed not having a gun, what startled him was a gunshot by another agitator pursuing him and firing in the air with his handgun.
