Personally I think Deadlifts are an exercise that really require powerlifting programming to progress it consistently due to how taxing it can be on the CNS.
Granted - everyone responds differently, and you're smart enough to know when your body is saying "nope". Maybe you'll have no issues.

Having big squat and deadlift numbers hasn't been a goal of mine for awhile. It just got here from basic progressive overload
I do have some things in my head I'd like to hit for fun in the coming months tho

You can just deadlift once a week (doesn't even necessarily need to be heavy), then just do RDLs, Leg Curls, Squats and Rows and it will probably go up. I've seen people have success going heavy and close to failure even as infrequent as once every month. Or just do deadlift sets but leave 3-5 reps in reserve and focus more on speed and lifting it as explosive as possible. Probably why the most successful aspect of Westside programming was their deadlift.
sometimes massive stalls and even regressions will lead to a subsequent increase in numbers once fatigue dissipates and you allow your body to build up the adaptations to the stress you put on it

Deadstop retards have no issues with people completely disregarding the entire eccentric, but 2 count negatives and a legit "touch" is laughable. Ok guy

But the Westside methods are definitely one of the best for building a deadlift. Speeds Pulls + Accessories are key. I'm with you in that "Less is more" when it comes to deadlifts.

Nice lift OP
For those asking about getting stronger at deadlifts, doing triples, doubles, and cluster singles against bands with 55-75% bar weight was a game changer for me
