If these aren't just e-stats OP, I think you should be pretty proud of yourself regardless of your physique because in all honestly, I am blown away by the sharp disparity between what you look like you lift and what you claim to lift. Are you natsky? It's the only thing I can think of that can explain such a stark differential.
I've never seen an unequipped three-plate bench press with my naked eye by a natty-- manlet or otherwise.

Yes you look strong for sure. Lower that BF and you'll be on point.
Not sure what these other guys are talking about 315 x 5 is good but not uncommon. Physique matches strength.

To be frank, I've only occasionally seen non-nattys and/or complete bloatlords play around with three plates on the bench with any amount of measurable success. Am I just completely out of touch here?
OP admits dwarf status, and with that frame let's just be wildly liberal and say he's benching 2x bw when he does 315 for reps, that would make him an elite level lifter-- by a long shot. If he claims a natty (phuck even a non-natty), elite level lift and he's posting on the misc asking if he looks strong instead of phucking up his local competition at PL meets. Boyo I've got some bad news for him about exemplifying LDAR mindset.

I don't phuck with youtube twinks, so maybe that's why this is busting my cheeks so hard but benching 315 at 225 is phuckin impressive to me, and I'm not new to the game.

It took me a really long time to find the right deadlift form, for me a really narrow stance with feet straight forward. Instant 50lb PR and I was able to make progress weekly for a while. Anything slightly different (feet pointed out, wider stance) and I can barely even get 405 off the floor

Pretty sure tearing a bicep only happens when one arm is kinda curled up instead of straight at the beginning, and you have to lift a lot of weight to do it.Do you use straps or switch grip? I've seen too many bicep tear videos online to do switch grip, but straps are a pain in the ass. And my double overhand grip gives out at like 350 (srs) so I strap up but don't love it
I double overhand till I get to my last set and then strap up. I train my grip separately though: curling a bar from my fingertips into a fist, and also just holding onto X weight for Y seconds
I used to be against straps cause PL'ing doesn't let you use them. This is what changed my mind:
1. So many competitive PLers train with straps, and hook/mix grip in comp
2. Strongman lets you use them in competition
3. Unlike a squat suit or bench shirt, straps don't store energy and apply work on the weight as you lift, so I don't view it as cheating
4. You can train grip separately
5. It ensures your grip strength won't hold back the rest of your deadlift development
And yeah, they kind of are a pain in the ass. For me bending over and putting the straps on the bar kills my strength the longer I stay bent down. What some people do is get the straps setup while on their knees to avoid this.
