Both airbnb and rental markets are dead right now. No students (online semester), no tourists.

I'm actually not going to spend everything on whores, just 50%. With the other 50% I'll buy something smaller to live in or rent out.

NOTHING good comes out of sex tourism, all parties suffer negative consequences but the locals as always get the worst of it. Sex tourism is the most ville chit industry whatsoever, it's a slippery slope towards humman trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, it gives money and power to criminal groups who control the sex trade and so on. I don't support prostitution overal because it's negative impacts on desperate destitute people but it's a lot less "dark" in "first world" countries where whores can be independent and are not basically sex slaves for some cartel.
If you want to bang a prostitute don't go to thailand to bang a poor destitute thirs worlder, go see a local one who's independent and is not coerced by a criminal group. I don't think it's something to aspire to but if you're the kind of person that thinks it would be amazing to live your life like Dan Bilzerian, understand that do that in the West is unattainably expensive for most people.

All depends on the prices but if I chose to stay in Poland and whore once a week for 2-3 hours with some freelancer student it would last me several years.

But I'm tired of the cat-and-mouse game in Poland with these freelancers and their flaky, entitled attitudes because the demand far outweighs the supply.
