Not even close lol. One thing I realize is who cares anymore. Ruining our bodies for bigger shoulder makes no sense. After seeing that Tik tok video of the girl before and after. It snapped me back to reality

You won't get the 3D capped delts, but you can get them look decent with right camera angle and a pump. But you ain't getting delts like the guy in the first pic unless you hop on OJ

Yes. I can see strong striations and size, not exactly standing out as much as your first picture, naturally. And I'm just above-average genetically, not like some freaks you find.

Probably not easy to look huge like those pictures where the shoulders look better than anyone else's with the rest not developed as much.

No. Doesn’t mean they can’t look good and be proportionate to the rest of your pathetic natty physique, but anyone who’s been around the block knows the difference between a natty and enhanced.

Thanks I'll give this a try.

You can, within the margins of your genetics.

Like everyone said, spend more time on the medial delts.

Check out Charles Glass videos for some ideas.

I do presses then:
Side laterals
Wide grip Uprights
Different side laterals (one arm leaning, cable, machine, etc..)

Truly believe this is the key. Spent years trying to lift the heaviest weight possible in the 5-10 rep range but recently switched to 20-30 reps of lighter weight and have noticed a drastic improvement

Obviously not saying that. I'm saying taking lifting advice from non-nattys as a natty lifter is pointless because they are LARPing about how all you have to do it "train hard and take eat big." Dude's advice is generic at best, and ineffective at worst.

JFL this ******* is a double offender too considering he's making callout vids on other non-nattys:

The point of the video was not about training advice. It was that 1) 99% of it will simply come down to genetics (which is the answer to this thread topic) and 2) the other *******'s comment about how lifting heavy is retarded is false because it has always and will always work for plenty of people. There was very little training advice and yes it was generic.

Your non-natty rant is irrelevant.

juice gives you that look on shoulders and neck without actually adding additional muscle. something about having a lot of androgen receptors there.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Everybody saying side laterals, but I got a curved clavicle and any side lateral work gets taken over by the traps. So I have big traps, but small delts, which just adds to the look of having small shoulders. What can I do to target my delts?

Also has to do with your frame and the insertion of the actual muscle. If you have a square and blocky frame your delts will naturally pop more.

actually a good look. I'd just feel lucky to keep the traps you want. One of the most important muscles for aesthetics in my opinion.

Not possible as a natty. As a natty best you can get is decent looking shoulders with a pump and good lighting.

Learn how to feel the side delts and relax the traps. I would also bet you utilize your traps in other movements. I see it all the time.

try one arm leaning laterals
Wide grip uprights, pull the bar against your ribs at the top and shoulders low.
one arm cable laterals
Sit backwards on the seated lateral machine and don't use the hand grips. Push out with your elbows.
