Because left wing has adopted victim mentality, hedonistic lifestyle, fat acceptance, excuse making, everyone is equal, etc. and that just conflicts completely with the needed discipline and work ethic to get into bodybuilding or serious lifting.

I'd say the misc is more libertarian than anything. But the core values needed for someone to be into lifting conflict greatly with alot of modern liberal messaging

To be on the left now you have to accept more than two genders

Believe that children should change gender before 12 or pick the gender they feel they are,

Accept gay marriage/adoption.

Believe Elizabeth Warren has Native American heritage.

Renounce and rewrite "all-white" history and achievements as being racist.

Support and encourage extreme feminism.

Believe that over 46 people close to the Clintons died naturally or committed suicide and that the wife of a former president would have made a good leader because she was married to a president.

Miscers are superior specimens. When you're at the top of the hierarchy you accept it and don't want to be dragged down by those at the bottom. When you're at the bottom you cry about equality, while harbouring seething resentment and hatred of those at the top, and try to deny hierarchy exists in the first place.
