Yahoo is so disingenuous. They put looters and rioters in air quotes, as if people so politically radicalized they destroy businesses and beat up the opposition are just friendly freedom fighters. There's no need to say 'LOOTERS AND RIOTERS,' leave the air quotes out of it because they are, in fact, actual looters and actual rioters.

Having said that, I don't think people should be defending businesses that aren't theirs, just as much as they shouldn't be stealing stuff that isn't theirs. If someone is gonna loot a Wal-Mart they're a scumbag, sure. But WANTING to shoot them is psychotic. They should be punished for looting, rioting, and championing civil unrest, but opening fire?
