No. The government has no control over money. The entire currency which is backed by virtually nothing is based on debt. Only the federal reserve (which is not federal at all, but a private entity) could make that decision (which it won’t) because the Jews want us enslaved through usury.

College graduates make on average more money that non college graduates. So poor people will be paying for slightly richer people to go to college for free? LMAO, ok.

Poor people never pay enough taxes to cover their own costs anyway, nevermind anything else, but yeah, it's goofy.

If they were smart, they'd structure it as something like a refundable tax credit that can be applied to all job training, including retroactively to student loans, to also help people get back into the job market during and after the pandemic, then dare Republicans to oppose tax cuts that would directly benefit low-income rural whites trying to get ahead.

I'm not betting on them being smart.

It was bad policy that got us into this, they'll come up with bad policy to get us out of it and then we'll do it all again in five to ten years because they never really got us out of it.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

People think Biden is going to raise taxes on the "evil" rich people to cover the cost of paying off student loans.

We shouldn't reward rednecks who buy a $75,000 pick-um-up truck just because the dealership said they would get "tons of babes" with it and now can't afford to pay the loan by forgiving their debt...

We also shouldn't reward low T *******s who got useless degrees in feminist dance therapy, and social justice by forgiving their loans, either.

I was a responsible person and paid back my college loans 100%... I didn't blame the matriarchy, or black people, or anyone, I simply worked hard and paid back what I promised to pay back. Why should I get punished by being an upstanding citizen, while these lazy, low intelligence antifa terrorists and their supporters get rewarded for NOT being an upstanding citizen?

2/3rds of america doesnt have a college degree. so basically 2/3rds and majority of minorities get the middle finger so entitled and privileged white people get their loans forgiven.

this doesnt solve the problem because loan forgiveness is just rewarding bad behavior. people will still get student loans for useless degrees from colleges that will continue to overcharge for their useless degrees.

Any student loan forgiveness program should include at least a 4 year enlistment in the military. Fuk these people asking for handouts without having to earn it. They just want to wake up one morning and have their loans erased, but if you suggest any sort program that would require them to EARN getting their loans paid off they don't want any part of that.

both of these, its basically punishing responsible people. and rewarding these idiots with no direction. Then they will think its ok and continue to make other poor decisions, because they deserve it of course.

@JoeBiden
laid out his plans to help students, including:

- immediate $10,000 forgiveness of student loans,
- double Pell Grants,
- free education for anyone making under $125,000 for four-year college,
- forgive student loans for those in public service

I actually wouldn't mind if they bumped it up to 25k personally instead of 10k

I’m not even saying I like Biden’s student loan plan but I didn’t understand this argument. Of the top 20 undergraduate degrees last year 18 of them were business or STEM. I don’t understand where the idea that most people who benefit from this are purple haired antifa feminists majoring in gender studies comes from

That happens you'll have a generation of lazy and incompetent people. When you replace hard work with something free, you compound the negative effects of your work ethic.

You do see how that's bad for the country, correct?

(Yes, the higher education system is way over priced so I agree there, but that's not what we're talking about. Relief is not the issue, lowering the costs of higher education is.)

"Hard work".. you're delusional if you don't think the student loan issue is a crisis

But hey you voted Trump so obviously I don't expect a TON of intelligence. You do realize that with the removal of monthly student loan payments that will "trickle down" (y'all Rep love that chit) to other products. We talking $200+ a month payments that are going somewhere else

Is there any empirical data to suggest millennials or gen Z are lazy? Doesn’t everything show they’re more likely to go to school and work longer hours than the previous generations?

the military has enough problem. forcing them to join will lower physical standards and have soy dispensers and safe spaces in bootcamp. lets not forget that the rest of the military will have to be trained on what pronouns to use, and changes to the uniform regs to allow women to have beards and authorize green and blue hair
