Personally I think you’d feel tiny at that height. Im 6’3 195 myself but was a little over 210 earlier this year, definitely look better now. I’ll take the benefits of being able to bench 225 and also run a 5 min mile, over being some mass lord who can barely play a sport or some stick marathon running queer bait

I also don't think that 6'3 is too tall. If you're filled out its even better than 6'0. I think the problem is that a lot of men at 6'3 and taller are lanklets and that's what girls picture in their head when they think about really tall guys (hence the increasing rejection in the graph). You have to be 200 pounds minimum at 6'3 to be filled out imo. If you're 220+ with lean body fat and decent face you'll probably drown in poosay.

220 lean would absolutely be better - no doubt - but to a chick and most guys you can look jacked at a pretty low weight

Of course being lanky doesn't prevent you from getting women. If you have game and facial aesthetics, you'll pull. But if you think about it, why do women are attracted to taller guys in general? The average women in 'merica is 5'4 so if they want a guy that's taller then them plenty of guys at around 5'7 should be ok. But often they'll have a hard time with that height. Why?
Because it's not that much about height if you reach a certain level but more about the feeling for the girl that the guy could protect them from other men. So a guy with the same looks at 180 lbs would be preferred even if he's "shorter" but still at a good height at 5'10 to 6'0 compared to a 6'3 guy at 180 pounds (again with the same facial aesthetics). Why? Because the "shorter" guy has a more imposing physique at that weight and is seen as more intimidating/dominant than the lanky 6'3 guy.
