Getting old is fake

I’ll be 48 in a few weeks and I’m still physically doing chit I was doing when I was 20.

Can still impressively slam dunk

Ride a wheelie on my mountain bike around the block.

Lift heavy

Run

Strong titanium wood

Just lol @ oldcells

The worst part about getting old (unless you're rich or famous) is that the sloots around you also get older

You have to deal with aging hags compared to prime sloots

Your access to glow reduces year by year

That's my plan as well. I have serious question: If you have injuries from when you were younger, that never properly healed, physical injuries: How are they feeling today?

I will struggle with intense knee pain for the rest of my life, and it's the only thing I fear will stop me when I grow into my 40s and 50s

My neighbour is 72. Has been active his entire life and eats healthy.

- Runs 5k in the morning 3-5x a week
- Calisthenics 3x a week
- Does all the repairs on his home, all fukin day he is working on something

He is a twink (IRL standards) though, but I think that once past a certain age that is key to having a healthy body (broscience from seeing all the healthy old people being twinks)
