We don't have places this run down even in most ghetto areas of Cali. Homeless tent cities and gang violence, sure, but not residential areas that look that impoverished.

Never said it was ok every major city has neighborhoods just like that...and to be honest the culture perpetuated in these neighborhoods would mean it would always end up looking like this regardless of if you moved them into fukkin mansions. They had no say in being born into it, but I've lived close enough to areas like this to know that a good amount of the people in these areas don't give a fuk about moving up in society

I remember going to Philly to watch a Jays/Phillies game.... I stayed at a hotel next to the stadium and we walked to The Original Tony Luke's Cheesesteak place

I could not believe how chitty everything looked.... people were parked in the middle of the streets, garbage everywhere, roaming groups of kids/teens all over the place, junkies, etc.


Needs to be bulldozed and started over... serious

Kensington Park at one time was the highest drug traffic corners in America (right near where they filmed the original Rocky). We drove thru there during the day time, cop car on every corner and people still not giving a ****, shooting up and smoking out in public. Cars on blocks, tents everywhere. ****s wild.
