to make the workout more challenging and to get your heart rate full pin right before walking i recommend you do burpees for 1-2 minutes
What incline do you use? I heard incline walking is better than running

I bought a stationary bike back in March but regret it because I should have gotten a treadmill.

you'll eventually hate it. that's why you never see anyone that gets a treadmill still using them after a while and they just end up folded up in the garage.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Tell that to Ronnie Coleman who used to use it every night before bed for 45minutes.

Secondly, its cold out, really cold.
Thirdly, I want to do cardio in privacy not in front of other peoples and cars.

Diet is the most important. And at your stage, just walking will be fine for cardio. Which can be done outside.
But really for these next few winter months, it really will not matter whether you burn 100 calories by walking an hour. Or eventually burn 200 calories by running for 30 minutes uphill.
Calories burned by cardio are so insignificant, that it's a lot easier to simply not put a snickers bar in your mouth, or to replace a soda with a bottle of water.

I think the treadmill will be collecting dust and taking up space if you buy one.

I got a steal on a NordicTrac last year @ sears, if the weather is nice I'll run outside but its nice when I get home from work to just strip down to my underwear and hit a few miles before showering.

Underwear lol

What price did you get it for? Which model norditrack?

I got turned off norditrack when I found out they are the same company as Proform. I’d like Life Fitness but again budget is an issue

Whatever you feel like. Cardio sucks for losing weight unless you're a marathon runner.
Focus on diet.

I personally enjoy jump roping, but i wouldn't recommend it to a 300 lbs person.
Get a heavy bag like one miscer suggested, it burns calories and is a lot of fun.
I highly recommend an aqua bag. But an aqua bag really is just a ''water buoy''.
So if you get that, get a water buoy instead. Same thing, half the price.

dont listen to the people in this thread
low impact cardio is the key to becoming a freak
by timing your food intake you can bulk for 22 hours a day and cut for 2 .
anyone that has ever done a massive bulk will agree. gaining muscles natty is all about eating vast amount of food after the workout or else youre just wasting your time.
so to replicate this while staying lean ,
keep the bulk of you calories for after the workout. the earlier you can workout , the best it is
fasted in the morning with just a shake before hand would be best

and forget about doing 1 rms , you should keep your reps in 15-30 reps ranges. its all about depleting the most glycogen you can every sessions

the weigh limit of a treadmill is if you run, but if you walk you can easily be 100 pounds over

this freak here does the same he walk on the incline everymorning for 30-40 minutes then goes on with his workout

hell no, most ppl who buy them stop using them eventually and it just collects dust. I know you think your different but you're not.
also they're expensive to service and fix. I used to work for a business that did this. Treadmills are a massive waste of money and space (wrt home use, commercially theyre viable).
get a spin bike, its easier on your knees and theres less to go wrong with it.

They are known as the rolls Royce of treadmills. Buy as many as you can. Connect them in a long line. Turn to max speed and slide your fatass through the front of the first one jackass style

Treadmills are boring AF. You need a nice view to lookout at.... or some sort of TV that is height level or higher if you plan on walking for 30 mins or something. Otherwise you will never use it.

Take it from me and just go running either outside on the beach if you live near one

Treadmills are good but free running is exceptional

If I was going to get cardio equipment for my house it would be an assault bike. Hate on it for being crossfitty if you want, but those things will kick your butt more than a treadmill and you won't be hurting your knees, especially if you're 300lbs.
