I was amped up for season 3. Since covid started I been focused on my fam, finding a ps5 and thinking about what’s going to happen come cobra Kai seasonn3.

As much thought and anticipation I put into season 3 for 9 months I have to say that I didn’t see a lot of things coming. Only thing I knew was that He’d go to Okinawa. And was hoping “she” would return lol.

What was predictable for you?

Lol, you may still like it. I just feel like the storyline is recycled.

In the original karate kid movies, the storyline changed from competitive showboating to real-life scenarios ingrained with culture and meaning to why. You'll see, Season 3 is much the same as 1 and 2. It's a little tiresome and you can see it coming from a mile away.

I find season 3 more enjoyable than season 2 for sure. S2 was dumpster. Also, the show is all about the rivalry. It's a teenage drama made for kids. What you expect to happen next? They join the FBI and start solving crime? Maybe team up against a zombie apocalypse? Obviously the whole show is about the rivalries and that won't change.

Show is cringey with the acting and how bad the coreography is.... And I get that. They want it to appeal to kids as well as old fans of the series so finding that balance is tough. I'm fine with it so far but just LMFAOOOOO @ anyone even thinking this compares in any way to any of the GOAT TV shows.

Also, Vikings became an absolute cringe/SJW fest when a major character left the show. It was amazing before that though, and they dropped the ball HARD with terrible writing and new actors. You won't even believe it's the same show.
I suggest if you watch Vikings, watch up until that part and pretend the show ended there. Srs. I tried watching beyond that for a while and realized it was so stupid I rather stab my eye.

6/10. Was OK. Johnny is the best part of the show and they are having him share too much screen time.

not a fan of Kreese taking over Cobra Kai -- I liked it better when Johnny was in full control and the story being a sort of redemption / alternate point of view of Cobra Kai. Making Cobra Kais bad guys is just lazy.
