So basically the only difference:

-outdoor gathering to a max of 5 people
-nonessential construction closed
-nonessential retail which is only open for curbside now has to close at 8 (lol how does this make a difference? only fuks the most fuked more)
-police officers were given new enforcement rights (idk what this means exactly)

Ontario couple faces charges over 1st cases of new COVID-19 strain, detected only by fluke

The woman and man, from Durham Region east of Toronto, had contact with a traveller from the U.K. prior to falling ill, the provincial Health Ministry said last month.

But the ministry also indicated the man and woman initially withheld that information.

It is not clear what the exact charges might be, or whether others might also be charged. Officials said the couple has been served a notice to appear in court in early March.

Premier Doug Ford announced on Tuesday at Queen's Park that the new stay-at-home order, which will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, will require everyone to remain at home, with the exception of essential purposes, such as going to the grocery store, pharmacy, accessing health-care services, exercising, or essential work.

The stay-at-home order will remain in effect for at least 28 days.
Ontarians caught violating the stay-at-home order could face a fine and prosecution under the Reopening Ontario Act and the Emergency Management and Civil Emergency Management (EMPCA).

Penalties for breaking the stay-at-home order could include up to a year in jail, according to the Solicitor General Sylvia Jones.
