Can anyone produce the theory that the duration between Pompeo's tweets would go from 60minutes to 30 minutes to 15 minutes to 5minutes ?

I am not aware if this was ever made or not, I saw someone else discussing it and would like to see the original content if possible.

Below you will see pompeo decreased the duration between his tweets over the last month with the previous week being 30minute intervals on tweets and just recently (today) there have been several 15 minute interval tweets.
