PFF, PGX and PSK. Mostly bank preferred shares, 4-5% div yield. Share prices is always flat unless something weird happens.

If Disney buys them out they could allow the people who’ve been dumb enough to get the vaccine to use them. The world economic forum would most certainly approve of something like that.

yup. amazon actually dropped after there last earning. and before , after earning, the stock barely rose. i wouldnt put anything on the amazons earning play.

I started building a dividend portfolio a few years back. Got screwed over by the last crash in March 2020 causing some of my positions to cut their dividends.

2 of my big ones that completely cut and I was forced to bag-hold or sell at a loss were Macy's (M) - retail and CoreCivic (CXW) - prison REIT. Oh, also Ford.

Also held American Eagle (AEO).

My current lineup of stocks that I hold simply for dividends:

T (ATnT)
O (O Realty)
NLY (Annaly Capital)
QYLD (Nasdaq Call Option ETF)
RYLD (Russell 2000 Call Option ETF)
KR (Kroger)
ALE (Allete utilities)


Was wheeling BAC, but got called away last month and haven't bought back in yet.

Also held WBA, but panic sold when the Amazon pharmacy news came out.
