No it doesn't. We unequivocally condemn these behaviors and it isn't the fault of society or some external boogeyman.

If it happens to the point where it becomes a stereotype and people justifiably start becoming prejudiced against us because of frequent occurrence vs other groups of people get back to me because there's clearly a problem to be addressed.

Because he's innocent until proven guilty. Even if he murdered her he'd still likely be entitled to bail unless they can articulate he's a flight risk and a judge deny bail.

Its not illegal to destroy your own house/property Or if it wasn't his apartment. In that case they can take him into custody if the property owner wants. Unless they had an order from a Doctor/Coroner to take him into custody to be medically evaluated a person can legally destroy their own house/property if they wish.

Breh... I'm being completely serious, here. I really think you should consider taking a break from the misc, or at least cut back a little in general. Like, go outside for a walk or something. police seeing injuries is not "proof" of criminal guilt. The "dynamic" is also not anything more, legally speaking, then the dynamic upon police arrival. If people were deemed guilty because of what police see/think or situational dynamic at the moment of police arrival, then we would have a lot of innocent people in prison and a horrible justice system. I know the way the American juridical structure is today seems to allow those things but they are really bad if we want a healthy and just legal system.

He may very well be guilty and admitted to it but that does not mean he should be assumed guilty until it is established by legal process. That is very important.
