Kinda neat. The one I went by last week had very little left once the wolves were finished.

I see lots of bird tracks, but very little that I would say is canine (the usual cause of deer death here).

Any idea what killed it?

No clue at all, probably the elements/hunger/illness. The only thing that could have killed him here was coyotes, but it didn't seem like there are hunting tracks. Not that I'm a master tracker.

Looking for an interesting full time job to drop out of uni first. I'd rather not get a mortgage while I'm only working part time.

In the meanwhile I'm still looking, and would also prefer land that is not too far from here(Montreal), which is a bit rarer.

Coyotes will tear the ass out of the deer, then wait for it to die. It might have escaped only to die later.
