Sounds good, but if my reverse Google image search worked...
It's $450/mo HoA, condo built initially in 1977, and is like 800 sqft. Not terrible when you consider the waterfront view, which should make it easier to sell in the future. Honestly sounds like a solid first non-rent home for a single dude in their twenties / early thirties. Traffic might suck though if it's a public beach or tourism area.
EDIT: OP how big was your down payment?

Fcuk the Pinellas Bayway exact change tolls
I was visiting the area and wanted to check out Fort De Soto park, didnt have the exact change for the toll and had to go buy stamps and have a friend write a check out for 50 cents or whatever.

I still own 2 homes up in Mass. one on cape cod and one in the burbs of Boston.
My down payment was $182k. No mortgage. All my property is mortgage free.
When my wife fully retires. She is younger than me. I will sell the suburb home and buy something bigger in Florida and keep this condo as rental income. With the location I should have no trouble at all renting it out.

I’m sick of the whole northeast. Being a snowbird is best of both worlds.
