My daughter loves them. I think they are fun and bunches of them can make me smile, but then get annoyed when they are around forever and I have to wait until she kind of forgets about them to strike the killing blow.

Bought her flowers wine and a card last night, will let her order some jewerly or a spa day as well. Its our 5th year anniversary. She is also going to cook some ribeye and bacon wrapped asparagus and some mash taters tonight. I'm on the wagon so no drinks for me but she will get toasty and laid tonight.

Went to a local chocolate place and got an assortment (12). Side note they had candy apples that legit looked amazing. Cant remember the last time I had one.

12 red roses.

Yesterday we went out to dinner at one of those places that plates the food really beautifully but doesnt give you enough to eat. Great wine and beer though.

My takeaway was Im mostly done with "fancier" restaurants. Rarely is the food that great.


Besides that I got her a card.

I think flowers are pretty but honestly think they're a waste of money since they just die. I like little thoughtful things. Like when someone really knows me and knows what I like. A thoughtful card and my favorite candy like a Snickers bar or my favorite ice cream would make me happy.
