2) The Heat won 47 games and made the playoffs without Lebron.
3) KD didn't push them over the edge. They won a year ago.

Don't excuse Lebron forming not one, but three Super Teams. Lebron lived by the sword, and died by the sword.

Compare that to KD joining the team that beat you by staging a 3-1 comeback after posting the greatest regular season of all time. They are quite literally not even in the same ballpark. Tell me more about all the playoff success that Kyrie and Kevin Love have posted both PRE and POST Lebron

KD decided to do what was best for him and his career at the time and went to GS. LeBron has no problem with this behavior considering he has jumped ship 3 times now. And it's not like LeBron has a problem with really putting the odds in his favor. After recruiting AD, he was actually also trying to recruit Kawhi as well. So obviously, LeBron himself doesn't think there's a threshold to how strong a super team can be before it becomes a negative.
Again, LeQueen fans really need to stop with the mental gymnastics.

But Lebronalsobrought Bosh and Love to Miami and Cleveland, respectively. Why do Lebron fans always ignore that? They make it seem like Lebron went to Miami alone and won rings.

Lol
Lol
Not to mention his Heat tenure was underwhelming:
- Lost to the Mavericks in 2011 in historical fashion
- Won in a lockout year in 2012 (should be asterisked)
- Took 7 games to beat the Spurs and only won due to a lucky Ray Allen shot
- Got annihilated by the Spurs
Lebron also quits/makes excuses all the time. He is talented but didn't have the killer instinct that MJ had. I think if Lebron goes to 2 years of college, he could've been the GOAT.

Bosh was definitely a top 10 player at the time, he was just in Toronto, who had no one. Guy avg 24 and 11, shot 37% from 3, and was a monster defensively. That's 3 top 10 players on the same team lol, going against prime Dirk and bunch of dudes ready to retire. Chit was insane.

[QUOTE=Jaydawg08 post_id=1631656763]Mind posting Kevin Loves playoff track record before going to Cle? Mind posting what Bosh was up to the 2 previous years before he came to Miami?
Technically they were going to go to Chicago, but Wade and him both thought it would be bad optics to go to the team that Jordan played for (they were right with this). He returned to the LIONS of the NBA and won a championship with the Cavs, that in itself is one of the greatest championships in the modern generation.
Lakers are a Super Team? He literally went to LA by himself and trusted the front office to surround him with the proper talent to compete. What the hell is the definition of a Super team? I'm starting to get confused

But most of those players were out of their prime and old when they formed those teams. Karl Malone was 40 for example. Charles Barkley was 34. Steve Nash was 39.
And Lebron did return to the Cavs - with Kevin Love. If Lebron joined the Cavs by himself without Love, you would have a point.
And your criticisms are moot because Lebron was the one who recruited and begged for Love and Bosh. Also, he tried real hard to bring Kawhi to the Lakers. If he's so great, why is he begging players like Kawhi AND AD to join him like that?

I don't see his path to a FMVP though

But most of those players were out of their prime and old when they formed those teams. Karl Malone was 40 for example. Charles Barkley was 34. Steve Nash was 39.
And Lebron did return to the Cavs - with Kevin Love. If Lebron joined the Cavs by himself without Love, you would have a point.
And your criticisms are moot because Lebron was the one who recruited and begged for Love and Bosh. Also, he tried real hard to bring Kawhi to the Lakers. If he's so great, why is he begging players like Kawhi AND AD to join him like that?

Show me Kevin Love's playoff record pre Lebron... I'm still waiting
Because basketball is a TEAM sport... and like Bird, Magic, Kareem, MJ, Kobe, Shaq, Wilt you need talent in order to compete
