Nothing more than what's been posted here. Honestly, I get the broad picture of the situation regarding the reverse merger and this essentially being a SPAC as it's a shell company place holder on the market with virtually zero assets, and can be attractive to a firm not wanting to go through the whole IPO process. But I don't fully understand all of the logistics of it, which is why I'm only in for a little bit.

It's a total YOLO play. Honestly probably better odd's at a slot machine really.

If something does happen, or if people at least think something will happen you could get a big uplift. But it's entirely rumors right now. SPAC's are hot right now and people are willing to FOMO into that gain train.

From everything I read about PLTR (still reading), it's seems more and more like a long term play. They have a good product and good opportunities, they will grow in time, but it doesn't seem like a short term mooning opportunity.

I haven't bought any PLTR yet, I need to factor in overseas taxes (ausbrah), not sure my angus can take more taxes at this point.

Alright boyos, this is officially the Point of Departure.

Palantir had its fun in port but it’s heading out now. It’s a long journey, lots of bumps, but riches await for those willing to stay the course. Estimated journey time? Minimum 3 years, possibly decades.

Let’s head out boyos, this was likely the bottom today, a point it will never reach again.

Get in tmw am or get left behind!

Added some more PLTR today at $25. Looking good so far. My $30 CCs expire tomorrow so looks like I'll keep my other shares as well. We can start to move up next week boyos.

If you go back to the day Palantir direct listed for $10 I was shilling it and bought 1000 shares that day which was a significant portion of my acct at time. People were bitching about 17 years no profit or something. Sold my shares at $27 gonna get back in tomorrow

I thought I was done with calls, but this week was a 2 standard deviation move. 100% IRA is long PLTR. Trading account is 100% $30 2023 LEAPs with expectation to sell in May.

LEAPs are a reasonably safe way to leverage a standard deviation play, or if things take off today/next week I might just quickly flip and load back into shares. Example, if this things rises to say $30 today? I’m selling all of it and flipping back into margined shares. (Btw out of curiosity, anyone know what their margin requirement for PLTR is? E*TRADE has 75% which is stupid right now. I’d much rather 2x margin than do LEAPs but them make the rules. It’s a big enough issue I’d consider trying another broker.)

Getting a significant cash infusion next week depending on when the wire hits. That will about double my trading account, 100% of that will go directly into 1.25x margin long PLTR unless the stock keeps falling at which point I’ll look at what LEAPs look like compared to stock.

If you want to misrepresent the body of work that is my post history, that’s fine, that’s on your time, it’s not my problem how the poor spend it.

Or you could whip your dick out and get rich on Palantir over the next decade.

Choice is yours. Paths diverge.

Should have known palantir would drop a lot. Anything on reddit gets dropped hard. Hedges are winning

I had thought the lockup ended today . . . but saw news that it was yesterday, too. So I'm confused. Was the volume and drop yesterday actually due to lockup ending or was it fear from the earnings and fear of the lockup expiration and the actual lockup drop is yet to start?

Premarket so far looks like it's clawing back what it lost yesterday. Will be interesting to watch today.

Already in @ 29 but I'll be pissed if it's going back up as I refrained from buying at low 25 yesterday expecting for it to drop a little more today.

Damnit PLTR going up I wanted in again, maybe sell some far ITM puts

looking at like 3/26 PLTR 30p for $7.25 each x10. Either get into PLTR for $22.75 or make $7250 if it goes above $30

It will change a little bit with price movement today but going to look at some options chains today on it
