haha lol i think we all know what comes next

i took psychology as part of a double-major back in university. some legit smart people in that field who lean more to the psychoanalytic, psychiatric and biological aspect of the field. some are just a lot softer like social, behavioural psychology, etc.

by now it's probably been infected by leftists!

i can see it now

hypermasculinity personality disorder - symptoms? being alpha as fuark. lifting weights, manspreading, shooting guns and sports all known exacerbate feelings of hypermasculinity. hormonal profile includes too much test, treatments include estrogen therapy and a diet high in soy.

I mean it just does the best it can to outline personality disorders in the best way it can. And like any scientific endeavor, acceptance of change is painfully slow.

I read the introduction, seems like it's actually a good article that addresses the biases men facing (i.e. receipients of violence, homelessness, learning disorders, etc). I actually agree with them as what is masculine varies widly (imagine white, north-western WASP vs mexican american idea of what's masculine).

I didn't read the whole thing so maybe they go off the rails in the actual article
