Also agree the market is overestimating impact on Zoom and others who've benefited from lockdowns. Even my die hard YOU GOTTA BE HERE/Old school company is going "yeah...20-30% of us we dont expect to come back." Theyre seeing it will all be "ok" and that it's a GREAT way to cut overhead.

ARK is a long-term play (srs) these are largely holdings which aren't cashflow positive today and considered overvalued based on metrics which incorporate this year's or next year's financial results. Cathie said in an interview she targets companies that are expected to achieve 20%+ growth over 5+ years, relying on long-term growth for the value to be realized in the security. It makes sense for large swings to occur in the near-term for companies of this nature; 5 years from now, the dip experienced over the past month will be insignificant to us ARK brahs (srs)

Went public December of last year, already has a P/E ratio (granted, it's 376 lol) in a sector that typically doesn't deliver positive earnings for 5+ years after going public.

Current market cap is only $4billion.

This chit can scale to INFINITY to all financial institutions who want to use their software, OR the company itself will be bought out by a large bank and you'll profit that way.

Founder is a Thiel Fellow, so has already been vetted by the literal GOAT Peter Thiel.

Not sure if my finances could have been any better timed for these events. Interest rates plummeted right as my mortgage renewed, went from 2.79% interest rate to 1.44% (maybe lower) and now banks are already looking at rate increases because of the bond market movements

Pure luck but it really couldn't have worked out any better

I'm curious if they'll continue to hold those types of companies for longer than 5 years or replace them with new companies that will now better fit that profile (growth and disruption). Or a combination of both?...If the current companies are still in a long but slowed growth stage 5 years from now, maybe they hold, would like to see a longer perspective on their funds.
