Why do so many girls have tattoos now?

Every time I see a girl they have nasty looking tattoos all over them

Why do they all do this?

And I noticed they are really foul mouthed and have no decency and are all dressed like prostitutes

Do they think that guys like tatted up whores or do they not care?

Eh, all personal preference, they are in right now, and it gives people a sense of pride/accomplishment. I'm not a fan of tattoos, but I also don't really care if a girl had one. I guess people stereotype girls with tattoos as being bitches or mean, but thats not always true. My only concern is that they can live with it and the fact it will likely be there forever. An ex of mine got this shoulder/back piece done on vacation, I was like "you're an idiot and you're going to regret it" and then she said no she wasn't and that I didn't understand the meaning behind it. It was like a quote from one of my favorite poems that I showed her, and then it had flowers and stuff around it.

Fast forward years later she's getting married and I heard from her friend that she was upset because the tattoo was ruining all of her pictures on her wedding day since it was this white dress with a revealing back, and this massive black blob. Then her husband found out the quote was from me, so he apparently became furious.
