Both were doing unecessary actions that led to the shooting. Why is she trying to run away and starting to freak out but why is he trying to arrest and handcuff her over some weed? He has her adress. In Germany you would just get a fee a few weeks later because of a minor drug violation. It's pretty dumb to get anything because of some weed anyway. But no german cop would want to hand cuff you because you have some weed on you.

I'm not sure what angle you're going for really, what exactly do you suggest as a better way? Because just saying 'oh there has to be a better way' isn't helpful . As far as i can tell, the police officer was polite, calm and tried to be understanding, she tried to resist arrest then shot at him. Her actions are what led to her death, not the cops.

Ridiculous situation all around, but I will say one thing - internalizing certain beliefs or assumptions in life can be dangerous. Regardless of its validity, if this is a woman who, after years watching MSM accounts of how white cops are dangerous and black people are dying in disproportionate numbers at their hands (statistically proven untrue, unless I'm mistaken?), how do you think she'd react?
