Yeh i tweaked my right a little, but I want to build up the strength there tbh, so do not mind a bit of conditioning there. Will eventually use mma gloves as I work up the power and speed

Do more Footwork drills

Visualize opponants strikes and how you would counter them when hitting the bag. Like the bag is throwing punches at you

Suggestions on a good bag stand? I am using a latpulldown here! This bag set up really stops me from visualising opponents

Also the bag weighs 100lbs, what is a good weight?
