Get the vaccine, and get chitty sides, or get the virus and it could be a runnny nose or pneumonia. Let adults make their own choice. The biggest issue I have is it seems that as the world gets smaller the ability for each individual to live his own life is going away. Now, there is more and more pressure for conformity to approved guidlines and behaviors. Personal freedom is being eroded for the "common good."
It's almost as if we are being slowly forced into a "One world government".

Got shamed by an uber driver for saying I wasn't doing everything I can to get it as soon as possible even though I do plan on getting it eventually.

When did it become wrong to question things and use caution instead of blindly listening to whatever you're told?

I asked a few people around the office what the point of getting the vaccine is if their lives didn't change at all. Still need to wear the mask, social distance etc. and not a SINGLE one had an actual response. It's being just used as another tool of division much like most things these days

I'll go ahead and get the J&J vaccine just to not have to deal with potential BS later, but you do you boo. Over half the population 18-60 yrs old has already been infected anyway.

My theory is guys like OP's coworkers only don't rape women because they're afraid of getting caught.

Never got flu shots. I don't want a shot for COVID, either. If other people wanna take 'em, I ain't gonna stop them. But they better STFU about what other people choose to do.

Lol I just had this argument with one of my managers today. A majority of the people in my office got the vaccine two weeks ago and the next offering is today. One of our managers called in people to talk about "work" but it was all the people who didn't get the vaccine the last go around. I was the last to go and the conversation drifted off into if I was getting the shot today. I told him no, and then he got super mad because he's like the only reason we hired them to come back was to get the rest of the office vaccinated (Johnson & Johnson). I said I was not getting the vaccine, and I never planned on getting it, and that I've told everyone a million times I'm not getting it. He told me I was being irresponsible, and then I replied if the FDA was being irresponsible when they authorized all of these vaccines through their emergency use clause. Seems irresponsible for me to put something in my body that doesn't have full government approval. That I have a 99% chance of beating the virus anyway, so even if I did get it I'm not at risk. They said it might become mandatory for employment and I still said I would not get it. I said the only way I'd ever get it is when the FDA does their full due diligence in testing it, and getting full approval. They've been limiting AstraZeneca in European countries and then the US suddenly says it's all good? Like they've have some severe complications with some people in Europe to the point where it's causing death, and they said it's effective rate is on par with Johnson and Johnson. That if that chit was allegedly killing people a week ago and suddenly it's all good? No thanks Jeff.

I have nothing against vaccines, but there's way too many open ends for me to inject this into my body. Once it gets full FDA approval with no caveats, then I'll take it.

This is a 100% the absolute alpha mindset brah, don't let some doomer chads convince that you need something your immune system would fight off with no hesitation. I'd consider getting the gene therapy (it's not a vaxx, wish people stopped calling it that ngl) when it gets full FDA approval and it's been so long that we have a long-term data on it's side effects (blood clots, death, etc), I miss out on free donuts ****ing lulz get ****ed ****s

My standard response is the narcolepsy developed by some people who took the equally rushed H1N1 vaccine.

What I can't stand is how on social media people are being congratulated for getting the vaccine. I though congratulations was only in order when you earned or accomplished something, and not just get a vaccine.

I had COVID-19, it was a very mild illness. The most striking symptom was a total loss of smell/taste for 2 weeks. Which I will say caught me off-guard.

But yea I would never consider getting a vaccine for such a mild illness. You're just begging for autoimmune disorders. You know they have animal cells in vaccines? Human fetus cells? Heavy metals?

Would you inject yourself with goat cells for anything short of life or death normally?

I wouldn't even consider it if the FDA fully approved it. The illness is again very mild.

I believe the COVID vaccine and masks are literally marks of the beast. Time will tell.
