All comes down to if the courts find that the officer had "probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others." or not. From the video the kids an idiot but it didn't feel like lethal force was required here apparently neither did the lady as she meant to taze him which would have been appropriate. The fact she didn't mean to shoot him and thought it was a tazer does not bode well for her imo. The sad part is the community has been trained by libs to see it a racist intentional murder and go loot ****. Sad he died sad he was so stupid and ran sad she was also so stupid and confused a gun and a taser. tragic accident caused by 2 idiots being used as an excuse to politic and loot.

The last time that I can think of where this happened the office was a reserve, in his 70’s. Guy was actively resisting arrest. Shoots suspect but thought he was using his taser. Got 4 years for manslaughter. This chick won’t get off Scott free.
