From when I was on the jury in California, each lawyer got to pick their jurors like being in p.e. in school, each picks one and then the other person picks one. They also ask you a lot of questions about your life and job before they pick you to make sure they think you'll fit their agenda.

Judging by the press conferences and interviews I’ve heard in the past few days, BLM and all black group activists wAnt a top down change to the justice system and how it effects blacks. You can’t assume anything by the age and race of the jury by what you think unless you live in that neighborhood. One thing I noticed is that most older black men and woman will convict young black men because they have seen it with their own eyes end want their neighborhood better.
