Looks like side effects of body dysmorphia following his Tour de France bike ride... the prob with using is it’s an addiction like any other drug and you will always view yourself as small... same with cosmetic surgery you always see yourself as uglier than you really are.

I almost feel bad for him but he smashed prime sloots for the past 15 years so
