Yea it sucks but it happens. I’ve noticed I’ve shrank a bit already. Idk if he was really 6’4 but he’s def shrank a chit load.

Edit: And btw I eat plenty of red meat lol.

I no longer take anyone's height claims seriously. So many people fraud, or state what their height is in shoes/heels/lifts, etc. I'm really short (legit 5'7) and still don't feel that short unless I'm around guys who are legit pushing 6 feet plus bare foot. That means that either I"m taller than I think, which I know is not true since I list what I'm measured at by doctors, or people aren't as tall as they claim they are typically.
