If you suddenly became a billionaire what would your hobbies be?

Would they stay the same, grow in variety, etc.? I'd personally get into making/designing big RC planes. Chit looks fun as hell

guaranteed new hobbies would include a yacht and a jet for getting PP / IFR / CFI & ATP rated in a Citation or Cirrus Vision Jet

As I become more well off, I care less for other people’s opinion nor their validation. So buying things for flash such as a nice car probably wouldn’t appeal to me.

I probably would start a bunch more different businesses and get them going, fund other people’s ideas and see if I can help them on that path.

Start a free boxing gym and give scholarships to the protégés in a 3rd world country. Also start a boxing promotion company.

Start a bunch of non-profit companies, specially for animals and kids. I like to care for those who can’t care for themselves. Don’t have much sympathy for those who have the means to be able to take care of themselves but don’t.

As people become more well off, they generally expand their reach for care and empathy. It’s why climate change, feminism, animal welfare are generally a 1st world issue. So as we become wealthier, you’ll start to care more for things you didn’t think to care about before.

If I was a single, probably live like Dan Bilzerian, be a complete ho with sloots all over. Simple pleasures I guess.

Pretty much the same, just have more time for them and much more expensive toys - Cars, ATV's, boats, etc. Exotic fishing/hunting trips. Build a ridiculous workshop + home gym setup on some acreage with a nice 4-5k square foot ranch style home.
