That's not completely true (maybe it depends on browser). When I go on the home page there's at least a row or two (which I think is a recent thing) now of shyt that is definitely not based on my viewing history and is shyt like what OP posted.

Like I said, I believe OP is talking about the front page which is curated by YT staff. It is a coveted promotion that blows channels up. This is different from recommended videos based on watch history.

Yeah, just went to my Youtube homepage on Chrome.

One row of - titled "Creators Ask Dr. Fauci & Pres. Biden Vaccine FAQs Featured" which has that exact same video, and at least one other with some tranny talking to Fauci.

and another row - titled "COVID-19 news"

This shyt isn't based on my viewing history, not to mention those rows having actual titles is another clear giveaway, the rest of the shyt that shows up is though.

I remember when Childish Gambino's "This is America" seemed to be glued to the front page of youtube for a while, even when all cookies were cleared, no login, nobody ever watching or listening to rap on that IP address, not living in a ghetto zip or anywhere near a high school, etc.
