Even if a woman hasn't actually had an abortion, but simplybelieves a lieas significant as "Getting an abortion is completely OK and its just a clump of cells", its damaging.

Its a form of nihilism, and leads to other nihilistic thoughts and expressions. Have you ever met anyone who doesn't see any purpose in life who is well adjusted and content, and doesn't drink or do drugs to cope with the emptiness? I haven't.

Yeah, its sad because the psyche knows something is wrong, but in their head they keep saying it should be fine. Tears them apart, and unless they can be honest with themselves (impossible as long as they listen to Planned Parenthood talking points), its impossible to heal.

and high salt.https://www.pnas.org/content/115/12/3138.short
High salt intake is common in Western diets and likely contributes to hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Recently high salt intake has also been found to both be associated and predict the development of obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome. Here we show thathigh-salt diet activates the aldose reductase (polyol) pathway in the liver, resulting in endogenous fructose production that then induces leptin resistance and the development of metabolic syndrome and fatty liver. Blocking fructose metabolism blocks the effects of high-salt diet. High salt intake also predicts diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Japanese adults. Thus, high-salt diet, an essential micronutrient with no intrinsic caloric value, may have a contributory role in driving obesity and diabetes.
I am really worried about humanity. I think people almost everywhere eat a crap diet. I think life expectancy will drop. Cancer rates are going to skyrocket.

Have you ever ridden on the back of a speed bike on the parkways, while the driver was under the influence of pot? I have. And it was quite a rush, I'll tell you. I was fearless then. So, yeah, I trusted the pot smoker. I would never have done that if he was drinking. STILL, now that we're all grown up we should be wiser and behave more intelligently.

Agreed, we should smoke and drink before operating any motor vehicle now that we have a better understanding of the opportunity cost of continuing to live in the clown world

I've seen numerous studies that people are actually more alert, careful, and are less likely to speed while under the influence of the devil's lettuce. Of course, that probably depends on your tolerance and consumption before driving.

As far as women's coping and drinking habits, I can attest thatA LOT of them have a problem. I did college a bit later and after graduating I became a lot more social in my 30s for one summer. The dating scene was always drinking oriented. And normally I don't drink much, but one summer I did, where I struggled to feel 6-7 drinks on a date and I came across plenty of women that were smaller than me and could drink more like 8-10 and not even appear drunk. One in particular was chasing Jameson with her beers. Drinking is a way of life for a lot of women. I know more alcoholics that are women than men, but that's probably just because I dated a lot of them. I dated more alcoholics than non-alcoholics and it surprised me who ended up being an alcoholic. It was not uncommon to meet women that drank every night, but they were functioning career types. I'll give them that. Most are on SSRIs and ***** as well.

Interesting how many miscers ask the question why young women need to cope, shows how little most of the misc actually knows about women. They have a LOT to cope about.

A lot of PEOPLE have a problem with alcohol or drugs. I think kids should know their family history before they make any decisions to experiment. If this disease runs in a family, chances of becoming addicted are that much greater, unfortunately. That dosen't mean every family member will be in danger- even siblings retain different genes and susceptibility. But everyone should know their family history concerning illness, disorders, health issues, etc...

Addressing your last sentence: How on earth do they function intaking so many substances with many side effects?? Never mind, I don't want to know.

I forgot who had conducted the study, but the increase in mental health issues, particularly with women, is due to early social media exposure.

In my experience, alcoholism ran in a lot of these women's families. So they often drank with family members too, so there's no real chance of recovery when everyone around you drinks. I was so confused by what I was seeing I started reading books on it. One was "Women and Alcohol" IIRC, written by a woman. IIRC a lot of women even lack an enzyme to process alcohol as well as men, so weight aside, they shouldn't be able to drink as much as men.

I mean mixing SSRIs from what I've read is not a good idea, let alone *****. Not sure what that does. Can't be a good combo, then there's others that mix alcohol and coke.

Again, surprised who was doing this...careermax types, doctors/physicians, lawyers, pharma girls, I at least only date girls with careers as a starting point. In fact, I'd say the ones that had the most going for them and the best careers, drank/did drugs the most. IDK how most of them functioned either. Most didn't function in relation to relationship potential, but somehow functioned fine at a job.

"Early social media exposure'? In other words, peer pressure that exists, not just in the school cafeterias and classrooms (reality), but peer pressure in virtual reality. I did some recent "research," and I thought that photoshop, filters, Facetune and the like, all were supposed to help with putting forth a "better and more professional image"? Women with experience who want to be helpful even make tutorials showing young adults/women how to do just this.

But truthfully, no one can control the "likes" too much. That depends on their peer group (including close friends). It's petty, and often, meaningless competition.

A little controversy now, but I think the "rat heaven" study is still relevant. Rats addicted to drugs, moved to a happy rat environment, most addicted rats reduced usage or even stopped.

Addictions increase when more people are unhappy in their daily life.

We could make changes to support young people forming healthy functioning families. But I'm not going to hold my breath.

Might as well legalize MJ and start a public education effort to inform women that once they are 21 or so MJ is a better choice because their bodies can't metabolize alcohol like a man's body can.
I disagree on pushing this in place of alcohol. Why not encourage people to learn how to cope sober instead of pushing another drug?

As to the bolded, you really shouldn't. I've seen a video from a cop friend of mine from his dashcam of a guy who was high and driving. It was just as bad as seeing a drunk driver. Weaving all over the road, etc.

The world is fukked up and all the politicians are cringe

Oh and if it's true that they're all hedonistic these days and guzzling wine and drugs and having stupid levels of casual sex (I think that last one's more of a misc meme tho), that will fukk your neurochemistry up pretty quickly whether you're happy before it or not.

Basically people take the ideals of liberalism and apply them to things where science would actually say it's bad just the same as conservatives, such as smoking 20 joints a day and blackout drinking. it seriously is grim to drink more than a sociable amount frequently

Here are some stats, most of it also applies to younger women:

Suicide rates are rising faster for women than men.

https://www.npr.org/sections/health-...=1603537006722

Especially for older women.

Their glow eventually disappears and they finally get treated as men but they can't handle it.

Women are also getting unhappier with life:

https://www.nber.org/papers/w14969

The Paradox of Declining Female Happiness

By many objective measures the lives of women in the United States have improved over the past 35 years, yet we show that measures of subjective well-being indicate thatwomen's happiness has declined both absolutely and relative to men.

Men are happier in life than women

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/a...ppearance.html

Women also taking more SSRI's than ever to cope with life

Women are twice as likely to use antidepressants compared to men

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/a...sants-men.html

I already pretty much gave an accurate reply; they're either pissed off that the World itself is fukked up and headed to oblivion, or they're indulging in habits that fukk their neurochemistry, which most young people do and is why most young people go through phases of depression... They aren't having an existential crisis, they just did too much of this and that. There aren't any other explanations.

Women with experience who want to be helpful even make tutorials showing young adults/women how to do just this.

But truthfully, no one can control the "likes" too much. That depends on their peer group (including close friends). It's petty, and often, meaningless competition.
Yeah essentially peer pressure in virtual form or cyber bullying.

There’s a strong market to girls of what their life ought to look like, and only the glamorous pictures being posted up, so young girls spend more time wondering why their life doesn’t look the same, and constantly comparing themselves to others - whether it looks, status, etc. Which has a profound affect upon their self-esteem.

They found that boys spend less time on social media, and don’t care as much, and while their mental health issues are rising, it’s not increasing as drastically as it is for girls.

The study noticed a dramatic uptick in mental health issues starting in 2009, which is when social media started becoming much more mainstream and where some kids spent their entire lives on social media. Whereas older millennials, mainly grew up without social media and encountered it much later in life 16+, so they weren’t experiencing the same amount of mental health issues at an earlier age, unlike those who grew up entirely with social media.

Moral of the story, keep your kids off social media at all costs.

But like I said most of it also applies for young women where we also see their happiness decline dramatically these last years + strong increase in SSRI usage.

So by every objective measure, younger women are getting more depressed too and need to "cope".

The reasons why this is have been discussed many times on the misc already. Maybe I'll sum it up if I have more time
