BACK FROM THE ANNEX

I start with saying thank you to heaney, acjtennis, robparks and a few others I cant remember, who knows when/if i'll be cutoff again. Obviously I don't post here often but you guys helped me turn 30k into retirement money (in feb 2021) sitting on some 5 figure loses atm tho lmao but still crazy green. I've been investing for years but really took off in the FMCI/OPES days and made tonnes off of GRAF/Luminar/IPOB/CCIV(predrop), I didn't always listen everyones advice (some stupid people here and in the investing thread) and obviously did my own DD but did look at some of the posts here as confirmation for some of my investing choices. So for that thank you.

Currently holding 52k+ warrants of ACTC at around a 5.8 avg (between 4 accounts) and an absolute tonne of CCIV warrants that are blood red. In an ideal world expecting a low float spike in ACTC tmrw with the merger vote (volumes been anemic lately) leading into a further spike upon ticker change monday leading into an even greener week with progress on the infrastructure bill. This obviously could all go south if the vote fails tmrw, bill gets thrown around more etc.

Also if anyone got into PSTH at 21 a couple days ago congrats, that was a steal and is pretty safe money compared to most spacs out there atm, but yea dont be expecting a double or anything.

Kinda tempted to dump all my iPod warrants at the current price for a 4K loss because I’m sick of lookin at them in my port lol.

Spacs do seem to be headed back in a positive direction overall tho
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I don't want to sound shill-y, but I think Pre-DA spacs are going to start getting pumped again. Lots of deals going through and I imagine a fair amount of investors shifting back to pre-DA

They definitely do seem to be returning to favor......almost like the negative sentiment was initiated by the big dogs so that they could get back in everywhere under 10 instead of 13-17. Retail plebs obliged

I remember Heaney saying it was almost $7 awhile back and I'm pretty sure SPACs were at their prime in terms of popularity ( I think?) so I doubt it could get to $15 after an announcement. I'll let others chime in cause I have no clue but I feel like anything $10+ is way too high in this kind of market. Hoping I'm wrong though!

Pretty unlikely for it to go to 15, that would put the share price around 30 bucks which doesn't seem very practical in this spac environment.

I have sells set at

5
5.50
6.50
7

If it even ever makes it there.

Share price - 11.50 = intrinsic value of warrants. They usually front run for a bit but then start to lag the intrinsic value.

Yep typically lags from $16-24ish, but frontruns till then usually.

I figure $5-8 is the range once it is announced and closer to merge.

$8 is possible once there is an announcement. It won't go past $4 without an announcement most likely.

Actc/proterra pls

Hopefully this anemic volume doesn't continue tmrw for ticker change.

Gsah rumored mirion, not a bad target imo, if actc doesn't blow ass for the foreseeable future may eventually grab some gsah warrants

Looking like GSAH is on the fast track to trading below NAV. Might be able to get something solid during the fire sale.

Based on the rumors I’m not surprised. Looks like boring trash.

Stripe ceo going on Bloomberg tomorrow. I’d be hyped if they went CRHCprob just gonna go direct though. Not too many other spacs that have the size to get it done.

I actually work for a company that uses a whole bunch of capintec equipment. Mirion apparently bought them last year and I had no idea. We have old and new capintec equipment and it all works great the thing is we do all the servicing and everything ourselves (so capintec (now mirion) would only make money on the initial sale) with companies that sell you equipment a lot of there money is usually made from servicing.

Radiopharmaceuticals is a massive and fast growing field its just that all the equipment/supplies is currently dominated by GE (dieing, rumors of them wanting to get rid of this department too), Comecer (trash company), and trasis (on the way up), so if mirion can take more market share from these guys theyd be in a good position, plus most facilities usually stick to one supplier for all their equipment for compatibility reasons so as new ones are built theres a lot of revenue to gain.

The more I think about it Mirion is probably not a very good play due to peoples perception of it and the fact most growth probably wont have for a while but itd depend on the valuation and whether or not they intend to use the cash for acquisitions to grow their portforlio.

just my two cents.

I still don't really understand this PSTH mess, judging off of twits/reddit not many others do either. Some brokers don't even offer the securities listed in this deal now so people are going to be getting 'cash equivalent' if their broker won't support UMG Amsterdam listings or these weird new 'remainco' warrants?

Meh. I'd be far more stoked if I felt certain my calls will print. Fuark.

In other news SAB therapeutics going public with BCYP. In the last 18 months they've collected $140M in gov't contracts for their polyclonal antibody treatments-- mostly their COVID one which is in phase2/3 trials.

numbers, to me, seem hella good given ^the above (the government funding advanced them soooo far in terms of their manufacturing capabilites/ trial advancement).

Equity at $10: $443M
Cash in Trust: $116M
No Pipe
Merger Q4

Lots of time for this to bleed and they didn't release any financials yet which will be interesting to see(didn't put out a revenue forecast either). Warrants are 1/2 per unit and 1:1. I bought 1,000 for 0.85/ea. Warrants are good till 2027 and with valuation as low as it is I'd love to see a x10 in a few years.

Fukk don't get me too excited. Might set a limit to buy 500 more so that would bring me to a measly 2,500 in da port.
